Rebuilding the Lives of Our Children

It pains my heart to hear about the deaths of young people who could have had bright and promising futures. The breakdown of the family structure, the slack attitude of the community and in many instances missed opportunities or misguided programs of the church to address today's problems of our young people have all contributed to the sad issues you describe.

I see these three entities being key to rebuilding the lives of our young people and restoring order before we have another lost generation.

(1) Mothers and fathers returning to God as the head of their lives and family, and rebuilding the family order and structure

(2) Re-strengthened and restructured, "in divine order" families rebuilding our communities one family at a time

(3) These renewed and revived families rebuilding the church in divine order with humble, revived and renewed leadership

Without the family, there is no community; without the community there are no churches. The church is the people not the building. As soon as we start rebuilding people everything else will fall into place.

I know this all sounds good. But it will take those like you and me Cheryl and others we energize and moblize around the vision of a new day, a new community and passion about saving the lives of our young people. It will take our communities and businesses putting the finances behind this cause and supporting what is a labor intensive, sometimes thankless job to rebuild torn, broken and shattered lives one at a time until there is a real change.

The question is not what to do anymore, we know what needs to be done. The question is who is willing to do it? Are we ready to do the work? Continue doing the work and get others to do their part?

Thank you sister for your efforts. I appreciate them and love you for saving as many as you can. Let's keep on working until others see how important our young people's lives are and that they too must get involved.

Peace, blessings and prosperity to you..
